Shannon Anderson is the Founder and Owner of Assisting Done Right, LLC, a virtual bookkeeping and business support firm helping small business owners stay organized, compliant, and confident in their finances. With over a decade of experience in bookkeeping, accounting support, administrative services, and business operations, Shannon partners with entrepreneurs, consultants, and small businesses that want their books handled accurately and their systems done right.

Shannon provides full-cycle bookkeeping services, including monthly reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, financial reporting, and QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop setup and cleanup. She supports businesses through new system implementations, historical cleanups, and ongoing monthly bookkeeping—ensuring clean, reliable financials that business owners and tax professionals can trust.

Her professional background includes project management, property management, office management, and IT project coordination, giving her a practical understanding of how financial data connects to real-world business operations. She has worked with clients in construction, real estate, property management, IT services, professional services, and consulting, supporting everything from cash flow tracking and budgeting to compliance documentation and internal workflows.

Shannon is highly proficient in a wide range of bookkeeping, payroll, and business software, including QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Gusto, ADP, Square, Stripe, Wave, PayPal, Zoho, Yardi, and Rent Manager. She also supports operational and administrative systems using Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Monday.com, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Dialpad, Slack, Zoom, Calendly, DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat, Dropbox, and Google Drive, helping businesses streamline processes and reduce friction between platforms.

Data accuracy, organization, and security are at the core of Shannon’s work. She has experience operating in HIPAA-compliant environments, managing sensitive financial information, and implementing systems that prioritize confidentiality and long-term stability.

Business Operations Assistant/Full Charge Bookkeeper

With more than a decade of experience, Farren brings a steady, thoughtful approach to bookkeeping and administrative support. She has worked with businesses of all sizes across a wide range of industries, helping owners stay organized, compliant, and confident in their numbers.

Her expertise includes full-cycle bookkeeping, payroll processing, QuickBooks setup and cleanup, financial reporting, and sales and payroll tax filings. She is highly skilled in QuickBooks Desktop and Online, ADP, Gusto, Rent Manager, and CampSpot, and is known for her attention to detail and commitment to getting things done accurately and on time.

Farren has supported industries ranging from construction, property management, and automotive repair to dental offices, hospitality, and professional services. As a former business owner herself, she understands firsthand the pressures of running a business and takes pride in being a reliable, behind-the-scenes partner clients can count on.

In addition to bookkeeping, she provides administrative and HR support, manages vendor and client communications, and works with sensitive information while maintaining strict confidentiality, including HIPAA and California labor compliance. Clients appreciate her calm demeanor, clear communication, and ability to bring order to even the most complex situations.

Currently continuing her business education, Farren is passionate about supporting small businesses and helping owners feel more at ease with their financial systems—so they can spend less time worrying about the details and more time focusing on what they love.
