Bookkeeping
- Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable: Set up and maintain all accounts payable/receivable, follow up with any outstanding receivables, and alert the business owner of any irregularities of incoming payables.
- Classify Transactions: Connect all business accounts for transactions through Quickbooks, and classify all transactions that come through each account.
- End of Year: Digital 1099/1096 and W2 filings. *W2 filings depends on if payroll is a service*
- Estimated Taxes: Notify about estimated tax filings with the FTB and IRS.
- Financial Planning: Create a working budget, review budget with you, plan for the businesses growth and goals for the business, take action on the tasks.
- Invoicing: Create invoices, apply receivables, create monthly statements, and follow up on any outstanding invoices.
- Journal Entries: Enter journal entries specific to your business.
- Monthly Tasks: Reconcile all business accounts, generate and send you financial packages, work with your designated accountant, and set up our monthly meetings.
- Sales Tax: Generate reports for sales tax collected, set up sales tax, quarterly update of all tax amounts verified with the CDTFA, and filing of sales tax.

- Data entry: Using database software to find, review, edit, and print records, and organizing and managing online accounts
- Digitize Business: Migrating your organization to a digital cloud based system.
